I can download songs and stuff just fine. but i can't get them to be saved in my library. So I will exit limewire and the next time i open it all the songs that I had downloaded will be gone how do i fix this?

Make sure that you "clear" them from your download queue and that your library is in a valid save directory.

that is not working and all my files still end up lost

Hi - I'm a nwe user. But I but I think I can help. You have to choose menu: tools, go to options and choose : saving: Here you have choose a file to save your downloads in. You can choose absolutely anyone you like.
