search button not working
The search button no longer functions on my pro version-it's "not activated" meaning that it is not allowing me to press "search" to find anything-it was working earlier but not now??

search button not working/not logged on?
I'm online when I try to search...I have the limewire program opened...I press "connect" on the program....so I would think I'm connnected but it still doesn't allow me to search? Any other suggestions?

same problem
I have exactly the same problem. My connection is on, Lime Wire is on, other users are abble to download from my machine, but when I press the search button, nothing happen except that my text for research is cleared off.
I'm running Lime Wire 3.5.8 on OS-X Panther. I should maybe add that the same problem started a few weeks ago but only occasionaly. Now it impedes me to lauch any search at all! Please Help! Quentin

updating don't work !
Thank you for your quick answer. I have up dated to this latest beta version without success.
What is strange is that I can still complete the last pending requests I launched the last time the "search" button was active. Thus, the trouble seems to be strictly confined to this 'inactive' button. What else could I try? Thanks again! Quentin
