i've been using limewire for some years and always shared my music. Unfortunately i deleted my shared folder and don't see how to repair this. I know there are many threads on sharing in general, but i did not find an answer to my problem. All my music is stored on an external lacie harddisk. I don't want the originals on my macdisk, so i made an alias of my music-file and put the alias in the shared folder. Doesn't work. No files show up in the limewire library and limewire tells me no files are shared.
I run limewire pro 3.8.5 on an imac G4.
Can someone tell me how to act?
