When i got on limewire today i went to download some songs and they say queued and they wont start downloading what should i do???

Look if you are firewalled on port 6346, go in options-error report-see an exemple, scroll down until you find this line: Received incoming this session:
if true all is well
if false you are firewalled, search the forums to open port on your firewall and/or router.

Ok I got false and tried all the firewalls "tricks" Could it be a problem if I am on my schools wireless???

You have to try a few as I haven't gone into that situation ever... go to http://zeropaid.com/php/top_prog.php to see some of them (be sure to have an antispyware tool too like adaware).

All my downloads say queued and i need a clearly detailed way to change the firewall thing casue the french guys is not that helpful

The "french guy" is VERY helpful. Go away or apologize to the volunteers who save you having to BUY support.

Better yet--delete your post (if you can figure out how to use both the button and the checkbox) and try again with better info as shown in the forum rules.
