Again, don't post in forums your email.
As for the "problem" at hand, LW is set by default to share the files that are in the specified Shared folder(s). If you disabled sharing and can't find your shared folder(s) or something then read ursula's sticky. Otherwise, if nobody seems to upload from you, then that means that your files must be super rare or somthing: just give it some time and someone will eventually begin uploading from you.
