downloading/uploading
when I download video files, mpegs work just fine but wmv files do not work. Help!!

If you're a Mac user then it's normal that these won't work since these are made using the Windoze Media something. You're gonna haveta get Windoze Media Player for Mac at Microsoft's site to play them.
If you're a Windoze user, then wait for someone else's post (sorry).
