Totally lost...
I'm new to this music downloading business and guess I need some help.
I've downloaded a couple of music files in the past week using LW... I wait until the download says 100% and then the file will go to the library incomplete folder where I have to click on the file again (as is shows up at 0%) and download it again. Am I doing something wrong or is this just the way it's supposed to be... although I doubt that. Thanks for any help given. Cheers Eva

go to the library and than go check the shared folder also make shure you click clear innactive when it's done or sometimes depending on your settings it'll do it for you don't click anything else. If you keep having problems state if you have a shared folder.
