Are you using Windows/Mac? What do you mean it completely deleted it? Was that within the LW window? I think you'll find it's still on your HDD somewhere! Search your HDD using Explorer/Find for any of the files you know exist in it or using the folder's name. You can use your LW Prefs/Menu Options to re-select that folder again. As far as I'm aware, the only actual files on your HDD you can delete from 'within' LW are the incomplete files. (So don't panic unless you did the latter!)
