How to increase download speed ?

Hallo all

My connection is ADSL, but when i download by LimeWire, the connection speed very slow (about 1-5 kb) while i am using Internet download Manager, the speed is rather hight.

I do not know why?

please show me how to speed up download?

Suppose, I want to use "Internet download Manager" download these file, how can I copy the "links address" ?

P4 - 2.4Gb - 512 DDR
ADSL - router - Win XP pro

This is a big issue for all of us, but there isn't any way to fix it. it's slow because the host is downloading something or too many people are uploading from him or he might just be slow. On occasions though you get lucky you sometimes might get a very good speed compared to what you usually get my advice is just be patient and it'll finish... eventually..
