 What??  Ultrapeer is a status you attain if you have a Turbo-Charged connection to the Gnutella network and only if you have enabled Ultrapeer capabilities. What do you mean that there are still people that are trying to connect to you through Ultrapeer? And by internet dld limit do you actually mean speed? To see if you are really a Ultrapeer, then go to Monitor and enable incoming searches viewing. If you're not an Ultrapeer then a message will pop telling you that you're a leaf node shielded by one. Also, other Ultrapeers connecting to you even if you're not one is good: this is what enables you to, uh, be connected to the net, so to speak.
