1.) I used LimeWire for the 1st time yesterday....downloaded one song and everything worked fine.

2,) Today when I try to do a "Search" on artist & title NOTHING happens...the main window just shows the blurb about using Search....
3.) The indicators in the lower left do all change to green and it says "Excellent"......it also says "sharing 1 file" which I don't understand since I haven't done any "sharing" yet.
4.) I've tried installing Java 1.4, but that didn't help.
5,) I've re-booted but that didn't help.

Do you think I should delete/uninstall LimeWire and download it again??????

Will somebody delete my whole stupid post.......My problem was that there was NO search button.....it wasn't until I happened to click on "other search options" that the Search Button popped up. After that everything was fine. Duh !!!

Note: A little something in the Tutorials on manipulating the Search Screens wouldn't have hurt.
