On certain files, limewire sets the download icon to the folder which represents that it is already queued, however, in most cases it is not. Any ideas?

I'm not sure about your description??? When you dwnld a file, the icon of the file in the search window will change to that of an open manilla folder with an arrow. However sometimes it can be a little slow to change. That includes incomplete files. If you're incurring this observation when you open up LW, wait several mins for LW to settle down. Sorry if I'm on the wrong track.
