Everytime i dl a file it says cannot move to library. i deleted all the folders in my library except incomplete since that one cannot be deleted. How can a make a new folder that will transfer all of my downloads to that folder in the library?

If you've deleted your LW dwnld folder then that's the reason LW can't move the ifle from the incomplete folder. To set up a LW dwnld folder, go to Tools-Options & Saving or for macosx that's Prefs & Saving & select/create dwnld folder. LW's incomplete folder & dwnld folder MUST be in the same directory. If it happens again, go back & reselect the same folder for dwnlding to.
