Can anyone help me? I downloaded two files, they never completerly downloaded and now I can't delete them. When I try i get a message that says the are programs being used by other apps. How can I get rid of these?
Thanks Ronny |

That means you're sharing your dwnld folder. What you need to do is either of 2 things. The safest is to quit LW & then delete the files. The other is to go to your LW Library window, select that folder & then select those 2 files & press delete. This will delete these files directly from your computer. This latter technique can potentially be room for mistakes if the user is inexperienced. That's why we don't normally recommend this technique. You may for example, accidently delete a folder or other items you wich to keep. So safest to quit LW 1st!
