I can't delet uncomplete files from my pc, I tried the instuctions above but, the are still clinging onto my pc. When I try to delete them a message comes up "Cannot delete T-1337~.MPG cannont find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name"

I have tried every thing to get rid of these offending files. Please help
