 Slow/inconsistent downloads Completely new to posting, but I wanted to say that I've been wrestling with problems similar to others here for a couple of weeks and tried several of the suggested fixes. I'm using XP, LW pro, cable, dlink router, no SP2 (I think) etc., etc. Downloads have gone from incredible 3 weeks ago to completely impossible 2 weeks ago to 1 or 2 from each search at 1-10 kb/s now, which is acceptable compared to the alternative! Thanks for the help! Never surrender!  |
