Speed up uploads
Seems folks are uploading from me ver slowly. I'm on DSL and I'd like to speed it up for them without degrading my bandwith to download.

After LW has been open perhaps 25-35 mins do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is it True/False?
What type of connection do you have? If you use adsl then uplds should NOT affect your dwnlds.
