my connection rating is excellent, but when i try to download sometihng, it connects then says it is waiting...too busy. i shut off my firewall and tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to work. i have no clue what is going on. if someone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes sources are busy. Especially, if you download files with only one source (and that source happens to be using Shareaza, a well known leeching client).
