 HELP! cannot download! my connection rating is excellent, but when i try to download sometihng, it connects then says it is waiting...too busy. i shut off my firewall and tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to work. i have no clue what is going on. if someone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!  |
