Question DVD Format
when I try to preview a download in progress I get a message that says the format is not supported. Can i download another media player or change the format of the download?

You haven't given us any details about your operating system or type of player used to play it. Or the type of file. Are we supposed to guess? Try VLC a free player with built in codecs (choose nearest mirror site)
