I don't see a limewire.bin file to download for LimeWire 4.6.0. The only Linux format I see now is .RPM. Is this an oversight? Many many Linux users can't use RPM files.

I'm not a Linux user but came up with these results after a search:
1. http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/library/l-rpm1/ 2. http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=e...e+Search&meta= 3. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/search...der=descending (try the 1st post in 3.) I believe they were having problems with .bin files! I was going to be more specific & almost edited Stief's post. Well this was the link I was refering: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...t=open+and+rpm & Zab's directions at the bottom. Last edited by Lord of the Rings; February 23rd, 2005 at 07:51 PM. |

IIRC, try the "Other (OS/2, Solaris, Linux)" to get the LimeWireOther.zip
btw, the 4.6.0 discussion has started here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=34209 |
