downloads wont complete
my downloads, some of them get to 100% then start back at 30 or 50%, get to 100, then start back down again, they never get to say complete??

It means that they are missing info or corrupt. If they repeat (will repeat for a max of 6 times) to try to finish off that bit of info that's missing or corrupt more than a couple of times, then stop it & try it again from a different source. It could be corrupt at the source.
