I'm sorry but I thought I'd read everything before I address this forum and had even gone over what you suggested but not thoroughly enough. I'm afraid I'm one of those people that thought this would be a piece of cake with no problems. Never had problems downloading music before so I assumed it would be the same with movies, boy, was I wrong. Got a lot to read. Thanks.
