thanks for the fast reply, i ran the test and it says receives incoming : true.
i've tried running LW alone without any other p2p running at the same time, but the download rate is not improving . seems that it has no impact at all.

5. 512 kbps braodband connection
6. AZtech DSL 600EU modem&router
8. LW 4.8.1
9. I have no problem downloading previously, not until i started using bitorrent and set my router to UPNP
