real player... again

I tried to use the FAQ response to open my files that were saved as real player files but I do not have an 'open with' option. When I open my mp3 player and try to open the files directly they do not show up. Is there a way I can reformat my downloads so that my mp3 player (grey amp or Music match jukebox) can read them? I have an imac. Help! Thank you.
