Default Not compatible download files.

I have more than one question.
I tried to download a movie National treasure before I got the pro version as it was to slow.
New that I have the pro version I can’t find the movie as if there is none.why is this?
What’s the differences in the file types and do I and why can’t I open them such as avi and mov

It's not LW that opens your video files. It's your default video player. Perhaps you're lacking the newer codecs; try here: http://www.free-codecs.com/

Another player that's worth having as a backup is VLC b/c it has in-built codecs: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ (choose nearest mirror site)
