Download Speed Issues
Listen, I've had Limewire before but now I moved and got high-speed internet at my new apartment complex. Broadband Speed Tests say that I have a 981.7 Kbps connection yet when I download it's at about 12 KB or so. When I DL files over the internet, it's light-speed. When I DLed the limewire installation file it took about 2-3 seconds yet when I try to DL a movie, hours because it slows my speed. HELP!

Just to clear up a point, if the speed test said 981.7kbps, then that's 122.25KBps
