I have LW basic. I have a 512/128kbs DSL connection and a computer with XP/SP1 to run it. For some reason LW down loaded 295 MB of nothing that I can find while (unknown to me) sitting in my "RAM tray". UK Bob has helped me with some options settings with this problem but I need to know what caused it so I can prevent it happening again. (Also, I can't find the original thread I posted about this problem) I have run all security checks and found nothing. If anyone has any other ideas? Has anyone else experienced this? I tried to communicate directly with LW and they did respond but not to the problem and when they realised I had LW basic and not pro they stopped responding... period. Not very good customer relations I think. Alan
