Go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Saving. Then select a new location. Press apply after selection. Keep in mind that your incomplete folder will be at the same directory level. If you have any incomplete files then you should move them all (including the 2 files called download.dat & .bak) to the new incomplete folder.
