| There is a small guide on resuming your incomplete download in question 6-4 in the LimeWire Troubleshooting FAQ.
You are most likely not using a firewall.
To make a CD, you need CD creation software, like Nero or Easy CD Creator. Do you have either of these? Once you tell me what software you are using, we can go from there.
