 Ok I made sure my windows firewall was off, which it was, and I already set my norton firewall to permit all for limewire. I'm going to call my isp and see if they block any ports like 6345 or whatever it is. Actually the support is closed on sundays and most of saturdays so ill have to wait till monday. Do you have any other ideas like could my router cause problems?
