I have successfully managed to save some movies, but I'm now getting this message

What does this mean? can someone help with please.

LOTR's thank you for your assistance. I'm sorry I didn't do a search (a big newbie, know very little about computers or net). But oh how easy like doh type the message into google. I haven't yet solved the problem but I will endeavour to do my homework. lol

Okay just thought I'd report me success. I tried just deleting the programs installed after Nero but that didn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Nero as well and bingo we're back in business.
