 It's possible. Try deleting your LW preferences whilst LW is closed. Make a note of your settings 1st before you do this so it'll be easier to reset them next time you open LW. I think the location for Linux: ~/.limewire This sometimes cleans out some corruption or other by freshening up the prefs. If this doesn't work then your isp might be at fault as you suggested.
