does everyones LW download the same?

hey i was just wondering if everyones LW is downloading fine (free version) because like for the past 4 or 5 days my LW has been running at 2 - 5 kbs and sometimes the download will just stop outa nowhere and not finish ever or the download will be at 0% or whatever... i used to download songs and everything at 100 - 300 kbs... i asked all my friends that live here if there LW has been working fine and they all say no and thier having the same problem that i am having... i tryed downloading another program that uses Gnutella... i still have the same problem... and dont tell me them tips or whatever to make my downloads faster either because they dont work... i really think theres something wrong with Gnutella or something because i know its not my computer or the internet.

i just downloaded LimeWire Basic (Beta version 4.9.2) and im still getting this.. and now every download i click it says "Limewire is unable to find a license for this file. Download anyway? Please note: Limewire cannot monitor or control the content of the Gnutella network. Please respect your local copywrite laws.

is that bad or does that show up on everyones?
