851.7 kb and derivatives - aarrghhhh!!!

How can I keep these files from showing up in my browse lists??? They're all infected, bogus files and I can't believe they're propagating across Limewire so rampantly. I can hardly find any legitimate files anymore. Anyone have suggestions?
