Disk Problem Error

Seems lately everytime I finish a download, instead of the status saying 100% complete...It says 100% "DISK PROBLEM"...My HDD is in fine shape. Does anyone know why LimeWire is giving me a hard time? Downloaded a few movies and a game last night and when I woke up this morning they all said "DISK PROBLEM"...What gives?
