HEY PPL GOT GREAT NEWS I KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS HAD IT MYSELF ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS THIS
TOOLS--> OPTIONS--> ADVANCED--> FIREWALL CONFIG--> AND CHANGE BOTH PORTS TO 80 it tricks the Fu**Ck**ers at TISCALI in to thinking your downloading from HTTP anyway enjoy your speeds once again <--ImRaN--->

are you sure because i did this and am now get 50+kbs on limewire with tiscali 512k broadband change both ports try disabling firewall and open internet explorer at the same time
