I have Windows XP, and when I highlight a file to be downloaded, nothing happens.. I've tried double-clicking the file name, and I've tried to actually click on the green 'download' icon. Its as if the download button is inactivated. Any suggestions ???

I have Windows XP and when I highlight a file to be downloaded, nothing happens. It's as if the green 'download' button is inactive. I've also tried double-clicking the file name to get it to download. Nothing still happens. Any suggestions ??

1. See Revert Popups to Default

2. Go to Tools>Options>Downlds & make sure you have one or more in the box & press apply.

This new version of Limewire really sucks the big one.....
When I hit the download button, or double click the file to be downloaded, NOTHING HAPPENS !!!! Does ANYONE know what the deal is here ?? In reading these posts, I find that I am not alone in this snafu..... HELP !!!!

Searches fine, but download button and double click wont work. Give us some help here, Limewire.

I am pretty sure the Lord told you what to do in a earlier post . But I will try again. While LimeWire is open go to the upper left hand corner of the screen, Click on tools, then click on options, then click on view then click on popups when the popup window pops up put a check in the box next to revert to default.
