| If you are referring to the Incomplete-folders...the incomplete files that are highlighted in red are being held in the actual Incomplete-folder. That is, it seems as if the Old Incomplete-folder and the Actual Incomplete-folder are indeed the same. What caused my problem was when I went into "Preferences" and "Options" and clicked the "Restore Default" settings. I was able to restore my Shared-folder items. However, the items in the Incomplete-folder are downloading (when I resume the download) at zero instead of their current sizes. |
