 Yup, same happened to me when i upgraded to 1Mb, after four days i had to email their customer support to actually TELL THEM i wanted the extra speed i was paying for!!  Indeed they do string you along right until the end asit turns out they dont even support migrations, how convenient, so you have to have at least one more month with them when you give them notice of termination The dirty, money-grubbing *******s...  |
