So what does one do when they are a pro subscriber and Limewire wont recognize their e-mail address for upgrading and service? And yes its the only e-mail address that I have ever had.

Same problem here. Unable to upgrade Pro.

If you subscribed over six months ago it will not recognize your address. If you are quite sure it was within six months e-mail [email protected] a reply may take a few days. In the meantime use the basic model or, if I were you hang onto your old pro version.
