Hello again,
Win XP wouldn't let me use the direct command shortcut C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools, but after a long, slow, boring and did I mention long search that's exactly where I found it. All defragged with happy ears now.
