![]() i'm guessing that if you download something from ie or firefox it goes at full speed for you, so >100k the problem is your isp... most isps now are capping bandwidth due to how much p2p sharing uses on their servers. try changing the ports limewire uses. try something like 32524 (or something random like that) and make sure you're forwarding them to your computer from your router. if that doesn't work, your isp is probably packet shaping (intercepting the packets and sending dividing them up into smaller packets of 30 k ) and you can't do anything to change that. if that's the case, switch isps. go for what your neighbor has. |
