Here's what the www.magnetmix.com should be able to provide right now (try the same file for a similar check).
Using 4.2.9.29 Pro in leaf mode, 5/1 MB/s cable to a slower mac iBook (700MHz), through a hub and router (ports properly forwarded) on port 20300.
My ISP lifted the SANDVINE packet preferencing system, and has exempted me from the CISCO NBAR filtering they were using. They agreed to do this when I was able to show that their competion wasn't filtering or otherwise interfering with gnutella traffic, and that I was reluctantly ready to switch. Both ISP's offer 3 month free trials of the high-speed services, so I was subscribed to both for a while  TCP dump analyses by an expert and screenshots of the upload graphs really made the difference. |
