When I start Limewire, it says that I dont have a connection to the internet, but I have a wireless internet connection through my school. It also shows that I am behind a firewall. Is there any way that I can get from behind the firewall?

allot of schools are blocking p2p networks you should check with the school and see if they are.

Do you know a way to get from behind the firewall, or to diable the firewall?

Many wireless routers have firewalls that computers connected through the network can't break through. Have you checked with the school to see if they block P2P's yet? What OS are you running?
