hi i need help!!! i can only download one file at a time to get a good speed (not above 25 kb) if i download any more it slows to 2 kb even i they are not downloading. i am using livewire 4.8.1 pro, running win xp, 512 MB ram, 1.2 cpu and have 68 GB free hd space can any one help?

If the second file is being downloaded from the same host, I can understand this might happen, and in cases like that I will only download one file at a time, despite how the other host may be configured. If the second file is from a different host, I am unable to think of an explanation at this moment
