A lot of ISPs are capping bandwidth to prevent P2P users from downloading.

![]() oh and i guess i meant kb/s when i referred to the speed of 15 at which limewire downloads for me. i'm calling my isp tomorrow. |

ask em if they're capping. And I bet they'll say yes. that is, if they're honest about it. Cable companies are also restricting P2P use in some areas. I know because mine is.
