I have downloaded three movies,only one worked. It took me 33 hrs to download this last movie.and it said 100% complete, so i go to where i have the file and launch the movie and it is blank.
i use Media Player Help. Gonzs

try using any other media player you have ... one video I downloaded turned out to be an audio album playable on Real Player and how it got labelled as a video WITH video file type is beyond me!
It is also possible you need a codec, It is also possible you have a dud file
