Just wanted to say thanks 4 all the help...and I called my ISP Source Cable...they will not budge so I decided to dl LW at home and it works great. And Sleepless thanks for the suggestion on searching but my problem was only to do with my ISP slowing P2P speeds. Thanks again,

A. 13 is very good. Previous post magnet test result is very bad! That strongly suggests ISP intervention such as shaping all p2p bandwidth. They have programs that can detect p2p use & then put that use into 2nd tier bandwidth level. Looks like your isp must be severe upon it to be as low as you were getting. Call & speak to one of their technicians & ask why your p2p programs only get a miserly speed compared to browsing!

Thanks Lord of the Rings...Unfortunately I called my ISP and they confirmed that they do slow down speeds for P2P programs. GRRRRRR. Is there anything I can do about this besides switching ISP's? I have Bell Sympatico at home and my other ISP told me Bell does not slow P2P speeds...maybe I should just download LW at home? lol
