 Bandwidth throttle Hi, and thanks But that doesn't answer my question, nor does the link. On my bandwidth throttle when I go down from 100% to 90% it shouldn't limit my bandwidth from 130K/s to 40K/s it should reduce it by 10% ie. 117K/s I need to know why it is erroneously reading my bandwidth. As on max it gives me 43K/s up 43K/s down. It a small problem, but makes my browser slow..! Cheers  |
