trying to share
hello all. my problem is that when alot of people (not all) try to upload from me 75% have problems with speed, they start out ok then speed seems to slow down to nothing and they just abort. help me help them. running cox cable, win xp ,ad-aware,avg virus program. my download speed is great.

cox sucks
think you are right on the mark about cox cable. have signed protest petitions concerning this and will continue this war till i've no options left
